In projects funded by the National Science Foundation, we have created a unique approach to leadership development that incorporates virtual reality simulations, to deliver measurable increases in leadership behaviors and self- efficacy related to inclusive leadership, communicating in emotionally-charged environments, and addressing and eradicating organizational disparities.
