Our Director & Chief Research Scientist,
Jerlando F. L. Jackson, PhD
Jerlando F. L. Jackson is the ninth Dean of the Michigan State University (MSU) College of Education, MSU Research Foundation Professor of Education, and Director and Chief Research Scientist of the Organizational Disparities Laboratory (ODL).
Internationally recognized for his pioneering work on organizational disparities, Dean Jackson has redefined how systemic inequities in higher education and the workplace are studied and addressed.
BACKGROUND / HISTORY
The Organizational Disparities Laboratory was founded in 2022 by Jerlando F. L. Jackson, PhD at Michigan State University when he was named Dean of the College of Education. The ODL is an evolution of the work started at Wisconsin’s Equity and Inclusion Laboratory, founded by Jackson in 2010.
